Looking for an easy, yet sophisticated drink that's sure to please the senses? Give Sunny Bear a try. It's refreshing and uplifting with the addition of mint and honey.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Lemon Juice
• ¾ oz Honey Syrup
• Soda Water
• 2 oz Drømme Calm
• Pinch of Mint

Instructions:

1. Mix ¾ oz lemon juice, ¾ oz honey syrup, a pinch of mint, and 2 oz Drømme Calm in a tin with ice and shake.
2. Strain and pour over ice in a Collins glass.
3. Top with a splash of soda water.
4. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

• Angostura Bitters
• Simple Syrup
• 1 oz Bourbon
• 2 oz Drømme Calm
• Orange Peel
• Luxardo Cherry

Instructions:

1. In a rocks glass, combine 2–3 dashes of Angostura Bitters with ½ oz simple syrup, 1 oz bourbon, 2 oz of Drømme Calm, and one large ice cube.
2. Stir with a spoon until chilled.
3. Run an orange peel along the rim of the glass then zest over the cocktail.
4. Garnish with the peel and a Luxardo cherry.

• 1 ½ oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz Vodka
• 2 oz Drømme Calm

Instructions:

1. Add 1 oz vodka, 2 oz Drømme Calm, and 1 ½ oz pineapple juice to a shaker and shake for 30 seconds.
2. Next add ice and shake again until well-chilled, then strain into a coupe or a rocks glass.
3. Add a pineapple wedge for garnish.

• 1 oz Bourbon
• Bitters
